[Note]
The data is not updated in real-time. Data is updated every day at 2:00 AM. For example, even if you only change the name of a section in Moodle, it will not be changed on the Activity charts until after 2:00 AM the next day.

[Note for teachers]

Regarding the course format, a weekly format is not supported. If you have created a course in a weekly format, you can use it by changing the section name yourself.

3.2.4 Checking of Learning Activities

You can check detailed learning activities for 7 days before and after the selected date. Here we will mainly explain “assignment” as an example.

【全体ヒートマップ/Overall Heat Map】
Displays the learning activities of that assignment for each time period. The deeper the color, the more access to that assignment during that time of the day. The color intensity is not an absolute number, but relative to the denominator of the number of people who accessed the assignment that day.
*A check mark✅ will appear during that time of the day in which you submitted the assignment.

Row 1 (blue) : 6:00-12:00
Row 2 (green)  : 12:00-18:00
Row 3 (purple) : 18:00-24:00
Row 4 (red)       : 24:00-30:00 (The next day, 0:00-6:00 a.m.)

【アクセス分布/Access Distribution】
Clicking on “アクセス分布/Access Distribution” of Assignment will show you how many students have accessed assignment for each day.
*This is the number of people who have accessed assignment, not the number of people who have submitted it.

【提出時間分布/Submission Time Distribution】
Clicking on the “提出時間分布/Submission Time Distribution” link will show you how many students have submitted the assignment and when.

【得点分布/Score Distribution】
If the assignment was graded in Moodle, the distribution of scores will be displayed. Clicking on “得点分布/Score Distribution” will show you how many students are in each score range.

【発言時間分布/Distribution of Chatting Time】
Clicking on “発言時間分布/Distribution of chatting time” will show you how many students are active in the chat and when.
・Entering and leaving a chat room are counted as one post each.
・The data of sessions that are not displayed on Moodle (short sessions, sessions with only one person, etc.) are also included.

3.2.5 Myコレクション(My Collection)

“Myコレクション/My Collection” is like a to-do list, where you can register what you need to do in each activity.

*It is your own memo and will not be shared with other users.

2. Fill in the contents, check the type, and click the “登録する/Register” button to register.

3. It has been registered in “Myコレクション/My Collection”.

4. Deletion and completion checks can be placed on registered items. Items with a completion check mark will be displayed in the “完了項目/Completed Items” section. Deleted items will be displayed in “削除項目/Deleted Items”.
