Although learning support environments have been widely used, their web-based user interface is behind the trend of the popularity of mobile devices. Learning analytics using the bigdata from the learning support systems is providing the students with useful tools for reflections, but the complexity of UI and limited display area can prevent taking full advantages of the useful functions. In this study, the applicant proposes a novel learning support environment with synchronized multiple devices of different types and sizes which the users are familiar with, in order to utilize their advantages to realize more efficient learning in different scenarios. A prototype will be developed based on studies of an affordable technological framework and collaborative designs with students and teachers. Its feasibility and effectiveness will be evaluated with experiments in real classrooms. It will contribute to new dimensions of educational bigdata and studying of new learning environments in IoT and 5G era.
