This section will explain how to take questionnaires.

Questionnaires are indicated by the icons below.

1. Click the questionnaire you want to answer.

2. The questionnaire screen will appear. Click “Answer the questions…”.

3. The survey questions will appear. Answer the questions and click “Submit questionnaire”.

4. When this screen appears, the questionnaire is complete.
Click on “Continue” to check your answers.
Click the course name at the top of the screen to return to the course screen.
